OAW Membership
The Member will receive the following benefits during the term of their membership:

Credit: All membership monthly fees + 10% of Member's aesthetic service and product sales will be available on credit to redeem

Member's accrued benefits must be used within 2 years after membership end date
Hydrafacial Deluxe Membership
The Member will receive the following benefits during the term of their membership:

Hydrafacial Treatment: As part of this membership, the Member is entitled to receive one Hydrafacial treatment per month. If the Member is unable to attend their scheduled Hydrafacial treatment for any reason, they may transfer this benefit to a friend or family member for that month. The transferee must be approved in advance by OAW, and the appointment must be scheduled within the same month. If neither the Member nor a designated transferee attends the appointment for that month, the unused treatment will be banked as a credit to be used at a later time. Banked credits must be used within six months from the original appointment date. No other benefits or services included in this membership are transferable to another individual.

Laser Hair Removal Membership
The Member will receive the following benefits during the term of their membership:

Laser Hair Removal: As part of this membership, the Member is entitled to receive one laser hair removal treatment per month in the designated area of their choice, as specified at the beginning of the membership term. If the desired outcome in the designated area is achieved before the end of the membership period, the Member may choose to begin laser hair removal treatments in another area that is included within their current membership level. This change in treatment area must be agreed upon by both the Member and OAW and is subject to the availability of services within the Member's plan.

All Laser Hair Removal Membership benefits are non-transferrable. In the case the Member has a new medical contraindication for Laser Hair Removal treatments that temporarily renders service unable to be performed (e.g., pregnancy), the Member will still be subject to monthly fees and will retain ability to use all additional benefits during membership term but will have any remaining laser treatments yet to be redeemed banked in their account for resumption of use once medically cleared.
